All items sold through this site are part of a warehouse clearance event. Due to the deeply discounted nature of this sale, all clearance purchases are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on clearance-priced items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not guarantee refunds to the original payment method for clearance items.
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if the correct item is no longer in stock.
Orders are processed quickly due to the clearance nature of this sale. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to assist.
Approved refunds or store credits are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds to your original payment method (where applicable) may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider.
